National Title Game

Sean Payton stopped by LSU's walk thru practice and gave some pointer.

I mean, really who cares outside of LSU and Bama fans. The college bowl games were covered by TV in a scond tier way this year in my opinion.

I heard last night these teams had not played in 44 days, they'll be sharp, what a joke

Wow John, what a downer you are this morning!

You do know that the entire country, save the east and west coasts, love college football right? I mean 75% of the country cares and the ratings will prove that out.

I hate to admit this cause he's such a jerk but I'm hoping Saban gets a win tonight. As a person, he's no good, and his ambition is ugly, but he's a great coach, just like our pro coach up here! ha ha ha

Some folks think NOLA stands for New Orleans Louisiana

It really means, No one likes Alabama. :)

I am an LSU fan so I obviously want them to win. If I was not an LSU fan, Id still pull for LSU because I really do not like anything about Nick Saban at all. He gets credit for being a football genius, But he did not sign Drew Brees. He said, Sorry Drew, We don't think you will recover from surgery.

I also do not want to see a split title.

This should be a great game, but that's what we said last time they met. Similarly, I like both teams and don't want either one to lose. But if I had to bet, I'd say LSU. And if that happens, then IMO the 2nd -ranked team in the final poll should be Oklahoma State.

I know, you're 100% right and yet for some creepy reason I'm still rooting for the guy? I think it's cause he lost to them already so technically their the underdog? Who knows, I'm not a good person so don't go by me. With no dog in the fight, I can just pick the guy with the best haircut plus I like saying "role tide". So, role tide!

If you like saying Roll tide, I can teach you a little cheer to say during the game and we are both happy, hahaha

It goes like this; ROLL TIDE ROLL, AROUND THE BOWL AND DOWN THE HOLE!!!!

I'd like to see a close game, but with LSU pulling it out in the end.

not trying to be a downer, just tired of 63 bowl games every year and we still don't have idea who the best team is

Could OK State beat these teams, or maybe Stanford or Boise State, we are all left to wonder...

Don't you dare tell me the Beef O Brady's Bowl between a 6-6 and 8-4 team didn't rock. Or better yet the Little Ceasers Bowl which pitted a 6-6 team against a 7-5 team. I mean there is no reason 6-6 teams should even be in a bowl game. I mean it is the mentality that everyone is a winner and we all deserve a trophy. Guess what at 6-6 you should be sitting at home not playing some ridiculous bowl game that means nothing.

I still think each conference should send their team with the best record to a payoff grid. Have a drawing to set the grid a play it out to a National Champion.

I find Nick Saban to be a repulsive human being so I will be rooting for the Tigers tonight.

A-friggin-men. I remember a time when you spent all day Jan 1, watching bowls that meant something. Orange, Cotton, Sugar, Fiesta and Rose Bowl. Now, its all about money and tv, not actual football. If it was about football, explain how #8 Boise St. played an ASU team that would struggle in the lingerie bowl.

Oh, go Tigers. I hate Saban.
