Bob Ridley could get this redial refinished properly, to look as well-nigh near the original as possible. He's at: http://www.watchmakers.com/ To me, it would be well worth it, and much cheaper than sourcing an original. You might also want to polish the crystal with some Brasso or Polywatch...

Hopefully you can see the photos of My sub.
getting ready to have it serviced. I have had it since the early 80's. Wore it all the time Just found out that it is a vintage 6536/1 what a surprise. Just got a call today telling Me the face was refinished sometime in the past. don't know what to do about that. to get it redone or not. ant thoughts
