Clearly we have a mix of set-ups across the country.

If my memory serves me correctly my SA at the Rolex AD I use told me that the WoS Glasgow store is the biggest / busiest store outside of London, is it the only Rolex dealer in the city?

Looks like the Rootbeer didn’t move much. It’s storming on the grey.

I believe in the "if you don't ask you don't get" model, but there are negotiations, and then there's embarrassing yourself.

Car price rises that occur during the wait time and passed on. I expect there is dealer discretion here also, but I have not been in this situation with a car.
Looks like a significant change in the market between your purchase of the Sub and Rootbeer. I can imagine you were pleased as punch with the discount on the Bluesey and not too worried about the price increase on the CHNR. You ended up with a couple of stunners.

I noted the price increase on the CHNR was not too bad compared with other references about £300 from memory.
