It's saturation level advertising by Rolex at F1 tracks.
They must spend a pretty penny on the licensing rights, I hate to think. But Rolex is not the only watch company spending big. Tag Heuer sponsors Red Bull and IWC sponsors Mercedes while Richard Mille sponsors McLaren. Hublot is there somewhere too. Verstappen is making the racing a little interesting, but a lot of the races so far this season have been Mercedes processions.
