Only the hard core watch people are going to know what the Platona is.

I bet a SubC or GMT would get more comments.

You bought it to wear! Wear that beauty!

Absolutely...I have had patients and fellow workers notice and get some compliments. I even mentioned to a guy who had a older Batman nice watch and he had no idea they were hard to get now. Life is short. I enjoy wearing it so why not. Earlier in my life I tired to preserve things as I started to buy more expensive things but there comes a point as I age and my wealth has grown that life is about enjoying the journey.

Tudor is about as nice as I’ll go for a daily driver nowadays.

Wear this instead! It can handle all the desk diving and pretty much does everything a Rolex does!

I have when I was an employee and when I was a business owner. If someone has an issue with a watch (luxury or not), that's his/her issue. It certainly isn't mine.

I wear my Rolex almost everyday.. Our President wears Tags - he loves and only owns Tags, he notices my Rolex or Omega and we chat watches in my office or his often.. Nobody else notices in my office.

I only wear my Tudor GMT to work but not my Rolex BLNR or the Daytona ceramic or the Panerai.

For some reason the PCL on the Rolex and the size of the Panerai makes me feel self conscious about being pretentious at work.

I work for a government job and everyone is competing as who is the poorest. A few times when I wore my Rolex, some made comments about showing off. So I prefer to stay low key with the Tudor.

This is why I bought the Air King less noticeable as a Rolex. I wear it every day and really love it.

I don't wear mine everyday. Yes I paid lots for it, but in my professional world, the reps for my clients and for my vendors don't make what I make, but they help me make what I make. Time with higher level, sure. Daily is usually a sea master, in low light it's easier to see.
