What's your favorite watch?

While I'm sure my watch collection isn't as elaborate as some I'm very proud of the few I have.

I rotate my watches about once a week, and this week I'm wearing my Omega SMP which I just received back from service. Maybe it because I hadn't seen the watch in over a month or what, but man I really enjoy this watch! Though I don't know whether or not I can say it's my favorite, I can certainly appreciate the level of detail in the scalloped bezel and the blue wave dial.

So this got me thinking... What's your favorite watch, and why.

Cheers!

My favourite has always been the GMT 16710 Coke.

Close second would be a two toned datejust.

I love them all, but it’s hard to beat the wearability and durability of the 16610 Sub.

Platona!!

2nd place would be SubC date for its versatility.

If I sold my collection...the Platona would be the keeper. I fell in love with it the first time I put it on my wrist.

Tudor Date+Day. It's as close as one gets to a steel Rolex Day-Date (outside of the prototypes.)

My 1655 Explorer 2, 1st Rolex I bought, & still the most comfy, followed closely by my 114270 explorer.

Changes for me constantly.

Usually it’s the one I’m wearing.

But lately, I’ll go with Omega Speedmaster Racing dial.

With a 10 watch collection it sometimes moves around but since I purchased my SD43 this summer it has been my favorite watch. I wear through my collection but there will be multiple days that I wear the SD43 without exception. Usually the honeymoon phase has faded by now but not with this watch.

If I had to keep only one this is it, so I guess it's my favourite.

For me it's a combination of it being the perfect size (for my wrist), reasonable weight on the wrist for a smaller watch (given the tantalum case) and I really love what I'll call the dullness of tantalum. Then there's the dial, which ranges from a pretty standard dull blue like the picture below to varying shades and shines of blue.

This trio. Basically the same watch for most, but for me they're totally different from each other and I can't say I have a favorite.
