Sadly, not clear enough pics and no pics of the lugs really. GMT? The obvious sight of the pins through the lug holes might suggest it’s had a fair few polishes in its time. It doesn’t spoil the watch, if you like it then who cares.

Looks good from what is visible on the poor pics.
No craters around the lug holes, plenty meat between hole and edge
