The only real redundancy I see is the 2 subs. Yes the GMT has a similar style, but it has a different colorway and function. If you must keep a sub I would keep the 124060. And I would replace the 126610LN with:
another sub like the LV or a bluesey
or a SS GMT
or a daytona

I would get rid of the Rootbeer, Black Dial Exp, and DJ for a DD40. Call it a day.

I’d sell the 126610LN and replace it with a 126610LV. Would also try to add a Daytona on Oysterflex at a later stage

Id get rid of both subs, polar, dj. and get a DD40 and daytona.

you'd be left with each of the functions:

chrono
gmt
day and date
time only explorer on smooth bezel
