Tried to ignore the Birkenstock lure but recently nabbed a pair of their Boston clogs in Suede, most comfy things I've ever worn.

If your feet are gross, get a pedicure.

If your toenails have fungus, see a Doctor.

Flip flops to your feet are like cigarettes to your lungs, just ask any Podiatrist.

High end sandals have arch support and cork foot beds and are meant for walking and moisture absorption.

I would not be caught dead in cowboy boots.

It’s always funny when someone states an opinion, as if it were fact, that you should not do something and then goes on to list their exceptions to their own rule. That’s a lot of self appointed importance right there.

Olukai flip flops or Naot sandals.

Nobody stated flip flops were healthy foot wear. But if you are at the ocean beach, the pool side, or a public shower they are the best choice. Ever been in soaking wet leather sandals? Not good!

Keen Sandals are the best. Most shoe like.

If you spend time in saltwater, get the nylon. The leather looking trim doesn’t do well after walking in saltwater.

I am surprised that you and me are the only one's to have recommended these. Fabulously comfortable, well made and an American company.

Just curious? Do you see many American made products for sale in your neck of the woods?

Same here. I don't wear sandals in public lol

Around the house or at the beach/pool. Plain black flip flops. I don't even wear shorts to be honest lol

I love American made products, I particularly like their long warranties and yes I do see them, not as much now, granted.

I made a thread about it some time ago, a lot of the photos are missing due to photo bucket putting charges on hosting them, still worth a look down though.

https://www.rolexforums.com/showthre...=American+made

Just looking through it, I recommended Keen sandals. (The photo has gone).

They are a great brand. I’ll have to give their sandals a try. I have a pair of their targhee III slip ons I wear all fall and winter long. Very comfortable, dry and warm.

Only problem with Keens is that they quickly develop a horrific stink after a few wearings and I will not be the guy wearing socks with sandals.

Bedrock and Chacos are still US made.

Sandals are for women's feet.

Men should wear flip flops; to the beach, the pool, and the public shower.

Guys; nobody wants to see your feet in sandals, ladies included.

For beach and lounging, I'm not the biggest fan of the look of Crocs but they're really comfy

I have been having a terrible time with Plantars Faciitias on my right foot. After reading reviews, I tried a pair of Birkenstock Arizona sandals. After about 3 days of breaking them in, they have become the most comfortable sandals. I get instant relief for my PF when I put them on.
