It looks legit, the seller never states that it's brand new, but apart from the fact that the user only has 8 feedback would be the alarming thing. Also it looks like the bracelet and case have been polished the crap out of.

There is nothing wrong with the watch in the picture. The problem is that these photos have been stolen from beckertime by builditup8281. The listing by builditup8281 needs to be removed from ebay. If builditup8281 has a genuine Rolex watch for sale (which I doubt), he should take his own picture and not pinch them from a legitimate seller.
