Issue - unless I'm mistaken that serial dated the watch back to 1934-35 and the serial looks like it was done with a dremil tool???? does this look right guys?

case: 18K white gold and post market
emerald-cut diamonds to the bezel
dial: post market black mother-of-pearl with

...NOTWITHSTANDING THE APPARENT GENUINE MOVEMENT.

...5 digit serial.

...LACK OF stamping on the case back, ie, "ORIGINAL ROLEX DESIGN" which should be on the vintage case back.
