As nice as the 5905 is, it's a pretty soft reference. It will be in demand if people like green ...just because it's a LE doesnt guarantee price stability....I can think of dogs like 5975 and some of the 5130's churned out to celebrate various milestones.

I quite liked the purple 5130.

5975 is also not a bad looking piece.

I'm not sure of the future value but I like the green dial and green-accent strap a lot. If it is really just produced in 25 pieces, it will sell out in Ireland many times over IMO.

25 pieces of 5130P-029 were made for the 150th anniversary of H&I in 2016. MSRP was £ 58000 with cuff links.

5975 with 300 made is now going for $50k which is less than a 5711 at auction

That came as a surprise. There are so many Patek limited edition world time watches and I didn't know that those would command a premium.

My favourite special would be the 5575G produced for the 175th anniversary.

I think the price is too high at € 90500 (approx £ 80000) as 5905P is £ 59900. I was offered a 5905P -010 in 2017 for £ 49500 without any negotiation.

I think it is difficult to predict the future value, 5205G-011 done for Beyer in 2016 (limited to 25 pieces) was sold for CHF 110000 in Christie's Geneva auction in 2018 (5205 is a pretty soft reference too) and pieces such as 5975G/J not commanding such premiums.

^^ I wonder if the Beyer would get that price now!! The mystique was more around the blue dial than anything else and I think the 5205 blue dial was launched as standard production that year as well. Now that a blue dial is easily available doubt it will be that much in demand. The Dubai 5130P was passed over at au tion recently.

I have not seen a 5205G -011 (Beyer) in person, from the photos it appears the blue dial is the same on both watches. I can't see any other difference apart from the lume on the hour and minute hands of 5205G - 013.

The watch was auctioned in May 2018, only a couple of months after the release of 5205G -013. With the 5205G-013 now readily available interesting to see whether the 5205G-011 would get that price again.

You often see these anniversary AD pieces. I loved this Calatrava from Zigerli Iff in Switzerland. Will they hold the value? I am not sure but don’t think so. However, I love the piece.

Beautiful watch, the price seems to be very reasonable too.
