I was set on a sd43 but I think Rolex lost me know since I have to wait, had time to think about it and somebody on this forum pointed to the following watch, which has me super exited by the way ! Might even be love at first sight
What do you think of this watch is my question ? Do you think I should go for it ? Let me know please. Thank you very much https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tw-IdQpfTco&t=70s |

I don't think there are any questions on the beauty, appeal, and quality of this watch, with the exception of the size. I've been wearing the steel version for a few months now and still admire it. I feel its a really good size for me, but there too are times especially when I switch to the old SD, that I feel it is really big, although never a hint of regret that I got this. Since your comparison is with the SD43, then it should wear very similar, so you should be good with it. I tried on the titanium and it wears very comfortably as it is light. The blue is gorgeous.

I have the classic 5015 in steel and it's a favorite. The only thing to consider with the titanium is that there's no bracelet option but otherwise it's a beautiful piece.
I do prefer the more refined bezel action on the Deep Sea and Sub, though. The 5015 bezel took a surprising amount of time to break in. It's the only thing that kind of annoyed me at first but now it's just a unique part of its character. |

I do not own a FF yet, but waiting for the new 40 mm LE. I think the titanium FF with the blue dial is beautiful and a great choice. A pity BP does not provide a titanium bracelet, but the sapphire caseback to show the FP 1315 movement is gorgious. Compared to the SD43, difficult decision, but eather way you will not be disappointed.

I would chose the FF over the SD to begin with. The FF is flat out stunning.
It’s time everyone started to support other brands.

Thanks for the feedback lads
So I went to try it on. There are two AD's that have them in my hometown. I was straight blown away. mamma But like some of you mentioned, there's no option for titanium bracelet and the Rolex/Tudor clasps and bracelets are nice, very nice even. And, price point is a bit over top...around 15k usd. So I was thinking of this and came to find out that I might have the chance to get one BNIB of fabric for around 9k usd...now it's a no brainer for me. If this confirms, I'll get it asap ! black on nato would be my choice... |

If it works out a very sweet deal for the FF black dial titanium. It is a stunner.

I purchased a 500 Fathoms (its even bigger) and it’s a part of a large collection and I still can’t take it off my wrist for several months. Even though it’s big it wears perfectly. Blancpain makes gorgeous watches. You will love it.

Yes! Went from a Sea dweller to a 500 Fathoms GMT and love it. Under appreciated watch and insanely more luxurious and special feeling than the Rolex.

I’m waiting for a Pepsi but last week I bought the FF titanium (black). Really happy with it. Even my wife thinks it looks good.

Could you throw up a few pictures. There’s almost nothing out there on them at the moment. They’re like phantoms. I was beginning to think that BP cancelled it, especially given its announcement was almost a year ago.

I bought mine in the Blancplain London boutique. I was comparing 3 different models and after chatting for sometime, the salesman said he had another model of the FF. One in titanium with a black face but it was in the safe! (Obviously they are in limited supply )He informed me they have only been available since January. When he showed it to me, I knew it was the model for me. Before I pulled the trigger, I went to Selfridges and Watches of Swizterland on Regent St and neither had one. PS I have to say the service in The Blancplain Boutique was superb. |
