Damaged PAM88
Guys,
A good Friend of mine bought a stunning PAM88, very good condition. After few days he broke one of the small push that release the strap bars. The shop told him they will refund the complete price, but he is really in love with the watch and he would like to fix it. Do you know any way to fix it without changing the case?

Hi Davide,
I am not sure about a broken pusher part that would require a new case? Can you give me more details or a picture? E

I will as a picture to my friend, i saw the watch, one of the spring loaded pusher just came out.
It looks like the only way to fix it is replace the case.

I was told years ago, to fix that they need to replace the case, that is the one draw back of having that quick change system, there is always a risk of this malfunction.

there’s no ‘spring bar’ on the 88....there’s a button that’s pushed to release the pin and chg the strap.

if it doesn’t pop right back in sadly the case will need to be replaced. big design flaw, that’s why i suggested they find another 88, or worst case get a refund

So from what I’m gathering here, if the push pin thingy malfunctions, the case has to be replaced

Six years and counting of countless strap changes with my quick strap change buttons....love them. So easy.

I really hope your friend gets sorted. I can just imagine the disappointment of having a recently bought watch that you love but has a major flaw
