What is for sale here and condition

I have decided to let go this lady: the 8J56 based SBGF021 very rare from the 2000’s with the black Tatami dial. She comes as pics. She has seen better days, I will rate her TZ 89% as there are scratches here and there and marks. PLEASE SEE the pictures. I had my watchmaker professionally change the battery about three weeks ago as I was planning on keeping her for the long run but now I have decided to let go. Working fantastically well with the seconds hand ticking very precisely each second marker! Thin and super light. Fantastic HAQ 8J56 quartz ticking as it should. This is already a classic Grand Seiko watch ! Very thin at right below 10mm.

This is IMHO, the best Grand Seiko quartz to have. I have had many Seikos HAQ quartz with the venerable 9F movement, but this 8F is as good if not better, and has the extra benefits the 9F does not, like the independent hour hand.

She comes with one extra link. Currently sized for a 6.75” wrist, kinda of loose. I am not a watchmaker and I do not have the tools to check for water resistance, so WR is not guaranteed. Keeping excellent time for a quartz Seiko piece, however service history is unknown other than the battery change. TZ 89%.
