Yes, some of their watches are priced a bit high compared to other Langes (e.g., the Lange 1s), but some are priced too low (e.g., the 1815 Chronographs and the Saxonia Moonphase) compared to their brand brethren. All, however, are priced considerably lower than Patek and Lange's quality is superior.
Yes, Lange is a bit more hit and miss on price, some very good, but some like a Lange 1 MP and the ZW are priced on the high side with hard falls.

What would the best price be (new or near-mint/like-new) on a Grand Lange 1 in WG/black dial? I'm fine buying grey. I've read this thread with interest. I visited the Lange boutique in Orange County, CA yesterday but didn't talk price with the sales advisor as I wasn't ready to. Chrono24 research looks like they can be had around $27k, but I'm curious what you guys think would be the right price and whether buying very lightly used or new is the best move.

I would buy grey, think Lange ADs are getting tighter like PP and AP, I was offered only 10% off a £100k Zeitwerk ST that had been there for months.

Is there somewhere or someone that has the latest price list now? I see that it was a confirmed increase but was it across the board?

No idea what that means.

I love Lange, but they weren't ever hard to get in the first place. They always had trouble selling their pieces, even their limited ones (except maybe the Lumen / Luminous ones), hence the steep discounts and harsh resale depreciation.

Too bad, I missed the boat! I'd love a Grand Lange 1 on steep discount.

Can anyone share the link? Also did they discontinue the Richard Lange basic model boutique edition? I was told by a boutique sales that they retired the model but never able to find out. It’s in my list
