Rolex Servicing

Where do you guys take your watches to be serviced? The date on my watch is stuck (luckily it is still under warranty) and I'm debating sending it to NY/Dallas or a store on the after sales service network.

Have you tried cycling the date around a few times via crown turning the hands.

If it's under warranty like you state call RSC Dallas and speak with them. Why would you pay a third party to fix it if that's the case?

If it's warranty work I would send to RSC. With just regular servicing I use local AD watchmaker.

Who is this Rik (Rikki)? My wife's is due for normal maintenance and just needs the routine 10 year stuff done. Is Rik better/cheaper/faster than RSC? If so, any contact information available?

RSC Dallas, DO NOT use a third party for a Rolex under warranty imho.

That sounds like a great price, when I took my datejust to Kent I was quoted ~£550. I am more a fan of st.james square over Kent, all the big glass screens like a bank in Kent makes it feel less personable than st James square.
