Non US countries are the booklets in English??

I just saw a Rolex (2007) for sale where the Warranty paper was in "Italian" but the books were in English. Is this right or should all be in the Language of the country sold?

.

USA isn't World ... and Rolex is a Swiss company . In Switzerland they speak French, German or Italian, not even English .

So yes there's Rolex documentation in French, Italian, Spanish, German, .... , and English.

In Quebec, you can get them both French and English. Don't forget that a lot of people speak french in Switzerland ;)

That's his question. I don't think OP is stating that the Swiss do not speak other languages.

I think you may mis understand. Watch was sold in Italy. The warranty paper is in Italian but the booklets are in English. Shouldn't the complete set be in Italian and not mixed?

The booklets, too, should be in the same language as the country of origin. You can always buy spares from eBay if it bothers you that much.

Bought a DJ at a grey here in Japan. The original AD was from Germany and the books and manuals were in German.

Bought a Japan only TOG DJ here in Japan from an AD and the books and manuals were in English. Kinda interesting.

Depends...In some places you can also request English as English is used as a second language in many countries, and the booklets are kept also for tourists. I bought in Korea before and requested my booklet in English. Here in Hong Kong you can get either Chinese or English. I'm sure that Italian AD also keep English booklets for tourists or expats.
