Cartier Santos Galbee or Tank Solo for the wife?

Hi All

I am getting a good deal on the Cartier Santos Galbee SS (pre-owned) as well as the Cartier Tank Solo SS. its for my wife.

any inputs will be greatly appreciated. I am confused between buying the Cartier Santos Galbee - love the bracelet however feel the dial is too small for today's time. Like the Cartier Tank Solo Large - however not sure if its something collectors like from the Cartier line-up.

Look forward to your advice.

My wife has the Cartier santos Galbee 2 tone 29mm. I think the Santos will fit better on your wife. Then the solo one.

My wife has had the Tank Solo large for about 5 years or so and loves it.

I find the solo to be more of a classic design

My wife has a SS Santos Galbee automatic. Bought it new 15 years back and just had it serviced via Cartier for $500 and like brand new again. She still loves it and so do I. Timeless design imho. It has also doubled in value :)

I think the Santos is a notably nicer watch than the Solo (my opinion, of course).

I recommend looking at a JLC Reverso, too.
