Hows the pepsi waitlist these days

Just curious...
Feels like people usually say the daytona is really long but what is the time for the pepsi.

Depends on your AD. At some it could be available right away if you buy a DD40. But absent an existing relationship, 50 years.

I got mine with a 2 month wait. Expressed interest in mid-January, I picked it up in March.

My AD has said that their Pepsi deliveries this year have been good so far. SS 116500 is harder to get by a large margin.

I think Pepsi might ease up even more now that Batman on jubilee is released.

Been waiting over a year.

Not a big deal. It'll happen when it's supposed to.

At least a couple of years here in SF Bay Area. That is what the rep told me a couple of weeks back.

Frankly, I have given up trying. Prefer my 16710 anyway...

Could easily just pull the trigger on a grey but it’s against my principles

All of the bundling talk is essentially the AD saying you need to buy both pieces at retail (no discount), correct?

Exactly right next to the Daytona’s LVCs and blue skydwellers. Its the game they choose to play.

The display cases look really bad. I was at AD today in So Cal. The had nothing in SS, even the DJ40 in SS was gone. Just a couple of 36MM DJ and a lot of TT watches. The idea that they are hiding in the back is frustrating.

With regards to the wait list, I am told two years for BLRO and 5+ for Daytona

I was going to let you know that I have no clue and don't care, but then I realized you probably know that I am clueless and you wouldn't care that I don't care, so I typed this instead.

Called Mayors seconds after it was announced. Bought two Rolex from them, had a friend buy the Pepsi Tudor from them too.

Still waiting....

Stainless are just sales incentives now I reckon. There’s no pretense that they’re actually a retail item.

Longer than most would like, but we have seen a few recent incomings here, which hopefully is a sign of things to come

I’ve been waiting for about a year. I’m not hopeful I will get it anytime soon. What do you mean “color corrected”? Mark 2 bezel?

No idea what the waitlist is like, but I expect it to ease somewhat. Right now the only two stainless steel GMT-Master IIs that Rolex makes both have bicolor ceramic bezels and both come on Jubilee bracelets. Both offerings are so similar that neither is really "special" compared to the other. This should make the wait decrease relatively speaking. In recent years, you had the BLNR which was the only GMT with a bicolor bezel making it the most desired model. Last year we had the BLRO which was unique due the Jubilee bracelet. I still think the BLRO will be slightly more favored due to the traditional bezel colors, but far less than it was.

Yes, it seems Rolex corrected the mistake for the bezel colors, thus we have MK2 now. Goes to show it's always better to wait instead of rushing in.

Is this known as fact though. People are still stating that it's really just different lighting. Do we know objectively that there is a difference in the bezel colors...?
