AP UK spur of the moment hospitality for our London GTG

4 of us met today for the first time at the AP service centre in London, as usual Daniel & Maria were great company and very generous with the champagne.

Maria was appointed as photographer and clearly has some ability.

AP also provided each of us with swag bags which was extremely kind, one of the items was a key ring which I've wanted for a few years.

The summer edition belongs to Chris (P27275TMB). What a watch.

I had a great day yesterday, as we had all been chatting in the run up it was like I was already good friends with these guys and that was cemented more when meeting up in person.

As Ash had kindly offered to collect me on his way down we had decided to get into the city a little early and before the AP SC meet so we had a chance to check out Harrods, tried on a couple of nice AP's before Ash disappeared off in the RM room.

This thing is HEAVY

Had to get a sneaky try on...

After Harrolds we caught up with the Tyler & Chris who were at the AP SC, as above Daniel and Maria were great and after a few laughs and drinks they sent us on our way with a goodie bag, Ash had been going on all day about his must have piece of AP merchandise was the key ring, well how D & M kept a straight face the whole time knowing one was in the bag I don't know
Sadly Tyler didn't get the watch tray he's been after, wonder he didn't try and sneak it out under his shirt

We weren't there to see any watches as such more just a informal meetings and a get to know kind of thing but Daniel did bring out a 15407or when I mention the SS version, two issues with this.. one I want one and two I was totally immersed in the beauty of this openworks I forgot to take any pics

They also showed us the AP deskclocks, seen them on here before in person but not handled one, now thing Ash's key ring fulfilment is short lived as he's now after the clock.

Quick change and off to the Shard we went, I've been the Oblix before and again it didn't disappointment, really minor gripe though as the evening went on the live music did kill the conversation a bit, mind you by then guess the boys had enough of my yapping away

Hope he doesn't mind me saying this but I want to give Chris (P27275TMB) a massive heart felt thank you as he went above and beyond with his kind gesture and covered the bill

Chris headed home so it was just Ash, Tyler and myself how headed back with Ash to the Savoy and then called it a night, another great gesture this time from Ash who has booked us all in for breakfast at the savoy

More updates to come as today progresses but so far I'm having a ball

Uber over to WOS for the viewing, typically Mr Shorty gets to ride in the back.

I think most of us would laugh at the idea that we're important but all the same it's great that AP value the business that we've given them.
