Yeah...I asked the AD how to use it properly to tell the time around the globe...he had no idea.

I'm sure I'll figure it out!

Set your time zone city at 12 o clock posn then set the local time am or pm according to the hands and 24hr ring and then you can read off the time in all those 24 cities..

Its a stunner !!!!
