Explorer 11 - new model 216570 release date.
Speaking to Rolex this morning ( Geneva ) the are gearing up for the mass shipment of the new model, to launch on or around 5th October world wide.
Gassan in Amsterdam (schipol ) jumped the gun and Rolex Hq are not happy bunnies !!! |

The 5th October world wide release date has been know for many weeks actually.
Does Mr Rolex in the land of Swiss know that Gassan wasn't the only ADs selling the EXPII at the moment?!? IMO - with the number of the EXPIIs available at the moment, I don't think there will be a shortage of supply.... I think the day of making a huge premium over the MSRP are over. I'm pretty sure it will still be a hit though. |

Yes Eric they are aware, and from what Ive been told they will want some answers as to why the dealers jumped the gun. They were also miffed why gassan gave you a hard time when wanting to buy 2 watches...
