Refinished dial.

Not a huge money watch. Bracelet is a plus. Bamboo type. Is it signed Rolex or just G and F?

Running?

What is the reference number on the back? 2280?

thankyou for your reply. not sure where I can find G and F or where it would be signed. it says Rolex Oyster on the dial. the no. stamped on the case on the back is 74718

Regards

Okay it's a Bonclip Bamboo. These were sold "with" the watches sometimes for sure. Thirties style bracelet. The 74718 is the serial number.

Dates to about 1936. Very likely a reference 2280 as I said. Speedking, Royal, Imperial etc. Calibre 700 movement.

The dial is refinished. This hurts the value about 1/2.

The size is not the most desirable these days. The bracelet has a pretty substantial value on its own.

Head only probably $650.00. I sold one recently for about that serviced.

A few years back you would have got more.

With the bracelet someone might step up at just below a grand USD.
