A few shots of my 16800 3035 movement Sub
I really love this watch. It lives alongside an Omega Planet Icean, orange bezel and an 18K GMT Master II with black face green date as well as a Tag Aquaracer. This is by far one of the coolest watches I have owned.

The 16800 was my first Rolex, I bought it for my 18th birthday. I started saving money for a Man's watch since I was 12 years old, my mother opened a saving account for me at the bank and I put there every penny I got from Birthdays, Xmas, odd jobs etc. I sold it years later because I needed funds for more important things I had going on but, I've been regretting it ever since and I'm planning to buy a now vintage 16800, does this make me vintage too?
It's a great looking watch that embodies the best of the old and the new. Since prices on 1680s are rising, I think in a very near future the matte dial 16800 will become very sought after. You have a great looking example there. |
