Engine turned bezel question...

In short...why is there two different bezels that are both named engine turned bezels? (i.e 16030 and 1501, 1007 bezels)

And has there ever been a 36mm engine turned bezel besides the 16030 one?

Let me be more on point. My main question is whether this bezel has been made for any 36mm cases?

Thanks!

And do you also know if the finely one was made for any 36mm models?

I am not near the watch right now and cannot post a photo. I have a 6424 (numbered between the lugs and on the caseback), which is a 36mm manual wind, with a "finely turned" bezel. I do not know if this is original to the watch: the 6425 had the "finely turned" bezel, but the internet has some sellers claiming the 6425 is 34mm, while others claim it is 36mm. I'd be inclined to believe that the 6425 was 36, because 6426 and 6427 are both 34mm, with the 6427 usually depicted as having a "finely turned" bezel.

Interesting!! I have a 6424 myself and it would be so cool if a finely turned bezel would fit! Would definitely consider switching it against the smooth bezel that is currently mounted...

I will make every effort to get a photo this week: I had sworn never to buy another 6424 since at one point I had three and had to sell some, then this one came along and I couldn't resist it.

Here's a picture of my 6424 with a 6425 finely turned bezel. I put a German blue band on it. My very first adult watch had a blue dial, so I've always been partial to those.

Great! Love the 6424. It is just genius with its thin 36mm case!
