FS Montblanc Meisterstuck 4810 585 Fountain Pen

This pen was purchased by me new in mid 80's. I used it occasionally and the pen shows no visible marks or damage just some fine scratches. It has a 14K gold nib and the inscriptions on the pen are as follows: on the top band "W. Germany": on the center band "Montblanc Meisterstuck"' and on the nib "4810 14K Montblanc 585".
You will receive everything that is shown in the photos, including 36 ink cartridges.
EXCUSE THE LINT THAT IS SHOWN ON THE PEN PHOTOS!

What is the 585 marked on the Nib represent? Where is the model number marked?
I am not very knowledgeable on pens.

On that one the model number is not marked. The 4810 is the height of Mont Blanc in meters (not really but it's what they used) and the 585 is 14 carat gold (58.5% gold).

What you have though has the proper case for the period and is the cartridge converter version MB used when they reintroduced the "Balance" style smaller pens (144 and 146 at the time).

In this picture it is the third pen from the left. I gave the one in this picture to a little ten year old girl who was stuck home all one summer due to illness and so was writing lost of letters.

If the value changes because of the model number I will be willing to adjust my price and entertain all offers. The box and case I have is definitely the one that this pen came with ( I keep all boxes for everything -OCD ).
Thanks for your explanation. John
