I believe you purchased the best Rolex out there. I will not repeat this, but I own the Day-Date, the platinum Daytona, and several GMT Masters; if I could only have one watch, it would be the Submariner(with date). I like other Rolexes more for their looks or precious metals, but for all around use and presence, it's the SS Submariner.
