Most of the time the more watches I add to my collection the more confused I become and the less wear each gets. The BLNR can be sourced for retail on a new one to a slight discount for a pre-owned one. The Daytona-C is hot and will be for awhile. If you are getting it at msrp I would flip and try the Daytona. If it does not work you will still make money on a flip for a pre-owned Daytona-C. Sometimes we agonize over a decision which is really not a decision to agonize over. What do you like, what do you want, make it happen or move on. Easy.

Sell the ones that are easier to replace again later (no wait lists like the Daytona)

The good news is that these are both rather easily available and the prices are only going to go down further or remain level from their recent highs. You have time to get both but I would stick with the BLNR for now. Don't let a hobby put you in a bind.
