Will this do the job?

Hi guys. Will this 1.6mm screwdriver be okay for changing the links on an oyster bracelet? What do you think?

It's a picture of a screwdriver. At least show the blade so we can see if it's flat ground or not.

The "hollow ground" type is the best but what you have pictured there will work. If using a regular blade like that, I'd heat up the links a little bit to weaken the threadlocking compound if you suspect any has been applied. With the hollow ground driver, I can break them loose without marring the screw, even when threadlocked. But short answer is yes, it will work.

Coming in at $40.43 to UK with one spare blade which TBH is a bit more than I wanted to spend. Just gonna hang fire for the mo......but if I don't find anything comparable I'll pull the trigger. Thanks again

I use a 1.8mm. 1.6mm will work, but will be easier to slip and scratch if you're not careful.

Apologies for the stupid question but what does hollow ground mean? Why is this better? I have just used a 1.6mm screwdriver and it cost nowhere near 40 dollars for a set of five let alone one
