Platinum for sure

The plat weight/feel is the substantial. WG works great too

As of NOW... Platinum Daytona, but between now and when I can finally get one on the wrist the game may change.

Endgame as in most I'd want to spend? 6263/6265. Endgame for modern piece is the Platona and that's under way....but who knows what new pieces may interest me in the future.

There may not be an "end game" for us. First, our tastes change constantly. While I'm enthralled with my BLRO today, I cannot say for sure that I won't get tired of it one day.

Second, sometimes we get the watch we covet and find it's not 'the one' after we strap it on. Looks better in pictures, looks to be a different size in pictures, wears differently than we thought, etc.

Third, Rolex is surprising us every year with something new and needful. Plenty of folks had zero interest in the Sky Dweller until this recent Basil World. I never wanted a Daytona before, preferring Omega Speedmasters. But this latest ceramic bezel model has really grabbed me.

Last year I would've told you DD40. Now that I'm here it doesn't feel like the end!! It may slow things down a bit to figure out the next step though. A YG DD40 is a HARD act to follow!

I don't know if there will ever be an end game per say. I'm happy now but still have a few pieces that I would like to add as life goes on.

End game? Something classic and never out of style. Or outdone with new releases in Basel.

For me, that’s DD platinum ice dial with 3255 movement.

I adore Y/G Rolexes at the moment I have two T/T Watches a Daytona 116503 & a Sub116613LB. But my next Watch will be my last. A Y/G Daytona with a Green Dial which I hope to get around the middle of next year

This is a great question and one I have been pondering, (as if I could afford it). For fun, I am trying to decide between a white gold DayDate, or a WG Pepsi GMT. I am leaning towards the DD.
