they don't. if your fortune cookie says "you've got watch", you get a Rolex with questionable magnification.

BTW, anyone notice that after 2 posts, the OP is gone? a Mr.Chow who bought from Chow Tai Fook??

So (and I do not remember the exact figures) the distance from the date wheel to the underside of the lens might be 2.8 mm in one case and 2.4 in the other. This is the room needed to allow for the hand stack, and considering the fact that the ExII has four hands, and less room one have to say that the caliber sits very, very tight in the case, whilst there is more room in the YM.

Thank you especially
And also a bit more magnification.

Enjoy your ExII!

Best,

A
you were right about that, thanks alot

Congratulations and welcome to the forum.

It is easy to start doubting your watch. There are many stories about fakes and it can make us doubt our real Rolex.

Most watchmaker will perform an evaluation of your watch to see if it requires a service. They will put on timing machine, and inspect. I would just have someone look at it to determine if it needs service. They will let you know if there is anything strange with the watch.

If the crystal was replaced with a non-Rolex crystal, it will not have the crown etched into the crystal at the 6 o'clock position. It is very small and difficult to see. Take a bright light and shine as parallel to the the watch as possible, it will look like a small smudge. With a loupe you will see the crown.

When you post, at the bottom of the page is a "manage attachments", that is where you can browse to the pic on your computer you want to upload.

HaaaHaaa, they have 8 stores within 3 blocks in Mongkok.

300 stores in Hong Kong and 1100 in China.
All are Rolex ADs.

I would seriously doubt they would risk that.
