When a watch tells a story....>>>>>>>
Here you can see that scratches add character to the watch.. they tell a story... they show a connection between the owner and the timepiece... no need to be afraid of scratches...
And after 34 years... it is still looking amazing...

I really prefer watches that look like that to BNIB.

...with some toothpaste and a cotton you can polish the acrylic, then with a 3M sponge the bracelet, and the watch will sparkle again !!
Lovely watch, enjoy !!

Gorgeous watch, happy to see some folks aren't afraid to actually wear them.

I agree 100%, wear them and enjoy them. If I get struckk by lightning tomorow (I'm now touching a bit of wood) I would rather have my watch on my arm than sitting in a safe

Moviefreak, so what's the story behind your GMT? Your timepiece looks great and as a GMT fan myself would be interested in how you obtained the battle scars (Testimonial)

Nope I wish they were mine...... the owner of this beautiful watch is a retired physics testing engineer who has traveled many times around the world with this watch, he told me he bought it new in 77 or 78....
