Icon20 Black Dial, Roman Numerals, No date bubble - does it exist?

Hi,

I'm trying to purchase a Rolex for my fiance as a surprise wedding gift. I had my brother do some recon during his bachelor party, but I cannot seem to find what he likes.

My fiance mentioned that he wanted either an Explorer or Oyster Perpetual with a black dial, roman numerals, and NO date bubble.

I've been to two retailers and cannot find anything current that has these 3 things together.

Is this a type of watch that is discontinued? Or is he wanting something that isn't possible?

Any advice would be MUCH appreciated.

Best,

JB

Best bet would be to buy something like this, and get the cyclops either removed, or find an aftermarket crystal.

The exact watch he is explaining doesn't exist to my knowledge.

Where would you get an aftermarket crystal put on?
