Pre-congrats on the incoming! Once it's on your mind like this, you have only once choice: add it to the stable. After, you'll find yourself wondering why you waited so long.

Interesting, it sounds like you all think I should be prudent and wait, I'm surprised.

It's my favorite SS Rolex. I really love that watch. Go for it Steve. I have one. We can double wrist in Vegas next year. Both of us with a Platona and Hulk!!

The two make a great pair! I already have my SDc, so I'm hesitating. I will not sell the SDc, so this will be a net add. Do you wear the LVc often with Platona in the stable? I wear my SDc on weekends a lot (beach, park with the kids, etc).

I like the double writing idea!

It is such a good looking watch. I will 100% be adding one to my collection. It is probably #2 on the "Wish List" right now.

If you're looking for reasons to wait, maybe having the 5370r on your wrist first might be an idea. Love to see that watch with your pic skills.

My next Rolex for sure. The BLNR and the LVc are my two favorite SS Sports watches, period.

That one counterclockwise bezel turn in the two pictures is bothering me now that I've noticed it.

A watch that looks amazing in photos, and even better in person. One I'll be adding some day for sure.

Traded it for a 116619 and haven't looked back. I'm restricting myself to a two watch collection so it keeps any thoughts of buying it again (which transiently pass from time to time) at bay.

The LV is the best looking Rolex SS diver IMO. That sunburst green is so Rolex beautiful. Rolex did its signature "green" color as good as they did their sunburst blue.
