Took my Submariner in the ocean today.

Didn't think twice about it either. I was splashing around in the rather heavy surf for two hours today on a beach in Maui. Great fun.

Going snorkeling at Molokini crater on Friday and touring the island by helicopter tomorrow. I'll get some pics of my bluesy in the water on Friday and post them up.

Watch is working perfectly.

Sounds like you're putting the new Sub to good use...I'm going to be taking mine into the ocean in a week or so, can't wait!

I'd think twice about it; on North Shore of Massachusetts water is friging cold still. Enjoy Maui.

Thanks guys. I'll get some pics later in the week and post them up. Like an idiot, I didn't grab my waterproof camera before going out to swim in the surf with my son and his friend earlier.

Awesome pic! There's something truly beautiful about seeing a sub in its natural habitat.

I went SCUBA diving at Molokini crater but didn't take my submariner. I would suggest going on a bike tour at Mt Halaekala. They drive you up early in the AM so that you can watch the sun rise above the clouds and then you bike down. It was a great ride.

Molokini is nice....
BUT...
Go to Black Rock, west side, ( Lahaina/Kaanapali) snoreklling and corals right off the shore, MUCH better, at least for me and the kids, it was worth it.
South Side of Maui, not much to see on coral side.

Took my Submariner in the ocean today.

The Sub is a fish, it feels more at home in the ocean than on land. Make him happy and be bring him home again soon.
