16613t is this configuration legit..help

Hey Guys this is my first post. Wanted to see if anyone can help. Does this look legit? What I know is movement is correct(at a watch maker getting service), obviously the band a cheap rubber strap. Serial number puts it at 2005/2006

Bezel doesn’t match up with that model
Appears to be a serti meteorite dial(can’t find any reference of that)

Special run? Frankenstein? Fake?

I've looked at my fair share of Rolex cases and ORIG.ROLEX DESIGN


OP get the case back off and see whats inside. New dial and bezel might be worth it
