Rolex 5501 - Bezel Real? Movement Legit? Thanks!!

Hello Rolex Forum members:

Rolex 5501 - please check if fake or real! I would really appreciate it.

I have the watch in my possession and took a bunch of pictures. I can take more pictures if needed.

Some notes from seller:

- Serviced. Movement running well. Hands replaced in service. Genuine dial and everything else

Some things I noticed:

3130 movement is a 2001 movement. This should be a vintage piece.

Movement and dial look genuine, but bezel looks aftermarket. Seller said he bought it as is so he assumed that's how the watch is made.

Please ask if you need more info and definitely hoping this watch is genuine!

so far all i'm seeing is thin air.....per my analysis: 99% methane, 1% CO2; not looking good!
