Great news

Car prices (used) and Watch (resale) prices are falling fast. Anyone else notice?

Meanwhile massive layoffs in 2022. So while prices for cars and watches might be coming down, I'm going to extra thoughtful about purchasing.

I on the other hand heavily invested in LEGO UCS Star Wars sets, so when considering the cost to store and maintain (no garage, all bedrooms occupied with LEGO, divorce, restraining order), I am ahead by $500.

Batman under 15K, it's been a long time. Flippers not great but collectors who buy and hold and the average buyer it's an exciting time.

I had a chance to buy the Super Star Destroyer "Executor" set about ten years ago for retail and didn't pull the trigger because I didn't know where I'd put it. Still kicking myself.

Discontinued Lego sets: finally, a highly performing market that is not a bubble.
