Looks right to me. The green crystal is really hard to fake. The real tell with the Milgauss is the weight because it has an iron inner case. One thing to know, is the Milgauss does not have the laser etched crown on the crystal, so don't worry if you can't find it.

Looks fine except there might be a chip in the crystal at 3 o'clock, and those things are very expensive to replace (several times more than regular crystals), which Rolex may well insist on doing if you ever want them to service it.

No problem. I think they cost over US$500 each so it's worth taking that up with the seller and negotiating a discount to cover a replacement.
