Hello, have you guys ever seen a bracelet clamp like this in a rolex?

If you mean the hole and plug style, where the plug snaps into the hole as part of the latching mechanism; it was common in the early days of billet Rolex clasps, 1990's - 2000's.

If you are asking if this is authentic, then I wouldn't bet my paycheck on it. Better pictures are needed.
