16750 and 16550 seconds hands
Are these the same/compatible?

Specifically I’m wondering if a NOS 16750 seconds hand that I own is compatible with a 16550 that may need a new hand.

Yes. Fits cal 3075 and 3085 the same. Any 30xx and 31xx calibers movements.
