John Mayer 5270
Anyone see this post from JM on Instagram? This couldn’t be a stainless 5270 with a black face on a bracelet, could it?

Probably a PP 5270R. Looks like a white metal from your pic but pulling out his IG post tells me there's a hint of gold, so I assume it's this :)

Not sure if its the 1R, as the bracelet does not seem fully integrated (opposed to the 1R).

Doesn't look like a 5270/1R to me.

Hey, John, why don't you chime in and tell the good folks what watch you had on? We all know you can't help it.

I want that bracelet for my 5270p! Serious question: does anyone have an idea of how to get a bracelet like this made? I know Wellendorff made some for Lange, but I don’t think you can just call them up and order one (ignoring the cost, which I know would be substantial)

I'd would call one of the tiffany locations / salons around the world and ask if they can custom order one for you...

A custom "Steel" bracelet.
I would be concerned about the harder stainless steel up against those softer plat lugs.

John Mayer 5270
If he’s flexin it...and he appears to be. It’s probably unique.
Probably told them he needs it in steel because the PM is too heavy and affects his playing Either way good for him. Looks the business.

there are two famous collectors i heard that buy there pateks from the UK. Patekholic (from Kuwait) and Patekcollector (from Saudi Arabia) Pam if you ever get to try the summer heat in this part of the world you would understand why people are looking for bracelets here. leather strap won't survive one week. your answer may confirm what my AD told that PP won't sell a replacement/extra bracelet |

Right, I did indeed do a little asking around and was told that Patek is VERY weird about this type of stuff. I was told they will basically claim it’s impossible, and yet at the same time my contact heard they were doing one for someone “through the UK”- sounds like it might be the same story!
