New 5726/1A (bracelet) showed up at my door a few days ago and it still has me a bit speechless...

Up until this one, every Nautilus model had something about it that kept me from pulling the trigger. This one gets it all together, though, at least for me. The AD said this was the only one they'll see this year and that availability will be very limited for some time.

Not much forum time for me lately - the medical profession has its hooks in me and isn't letting go. Fortunately I still have many, many things to smile about...

Enjoy the pic...

Jim, firstly may I say what an awesome photo you have taken :)
Secondly, what an excellent choice, the 5980 is one of my favourites.

Regards

^^^ Thanks, guys. Appreciated!

When the AD sized the bracelet he was surprised to find pins, not screws, keeping it together, saying that the other Nautilus bracelets all used screws. I was a bit disappointed since I have a license to screwdrive but shudder at the thought of taking a hammer to a PP. Anyone else have the pins? I'm sure Patek somehow thinks this is better/stronger but am curious as to why...

Absolutely stunning! It's one of my grails, although lately there're simply too many I lust after (5035P, 5127J, 5726/1A, DDII, etc. etc). Congrats, and take good care of her
