If the watch just arrived in store then you purchased the watch soon after ... that's right warranty card always follows after.. Enjoy!

Thanks guys. Spoke with Rand from Reeds in Virginia Beach today. He said
he ordered the watch directly from ROLEX since I didn't want a showcase piece. He confirmed all my information was correct and will follow up on the warranty card and blue
booklet holder. This is what I was told. So I'll give it a couple of weeks and follow up.

Enjoy that baby - Some ADs will do this incase you return the watch. You will get the card.

Just got the new Deepsea Sea-dweller that was in the shop for 2 days and I got the card with the watch. I guess it depends on the AD.

The warranty card will come to you from the Dealer. Some do that for whatever reason; likely to be sure that it isn't filled out incorrectly or give you a couple of days to change your mind.

Fair practice.

Then why wouldn't the AD just tell the person to the truth?.

Congrats on a great watch!
No worries with the card. Some provide it on the spot while others mail it within 30 days. It'll come.

congrats!
I received mine at the time of purchase; and I bought the new SD on the first day of release. I did have to wait three weeks for Rolex to produce the manual though!

My experience is that it all depends. When I bought my SubC from a Rolex boutique, the warranty card was with the watch. When I bought my two Daytonas from my local AD, the card was mailed to me along with a retail price certificate.

Make sure the watch wasn't sold and returned thus requiring a new warranty card.

hi
all my watches have all come with card , but when I was buying my wife's rolex , they sent the card.............this was because they made a mistake filling In the card,,,,and had to get a new one issued.
it was sorted in 2 weeks.

Personally I have never heard of a watch that you buy from an AD not coming with the warranty card. But there is a first for everything I suppose.

If you bought it from an AD I don't think you have much to worry about. Strap it on and enjoy. Congrats btw!
