speedmaster pro bracelet
Hello all,
Trying to get a new speedmaster pro, however, just hate the bracelet so much for some reason. It's hard to find a new one with leather strap for a good price, so I am considering purchasing a bracelet version, sell the bracelet, and get a more classic looking bracelet. Just wanting to know what are my options? Something in the style of 1171 would be perfect for my taste. Thanks all for helping. |

Don't care for the modern bracelet either and after trying the mesh, 1450, 1171 and older vintage bracelets, I decided on the 1498 (second from the right). It is thinner and lighter but looks similar the current bracelet.
The clasp is thinner and doesn't clunk against the desk or table. A much more comfortable alternative. |

My 1171 has micro-adjustment in the clasp (mine is from '69; I don't know if they are all like that). It's also thin and light. That makes it a winner, to me.

I like the 1171 and 1450 (haven't tried a 1498 yet). I think my issue with the current production bracelet is that it doesn't taper enough
