Jc deep sea alarm

Was lucky a friend was disposing so I had to jump in and grab it

I think this scratches my vintage itch. Size, pedigree, all perfect

Great pick up. Love that watch.

Reminds me of that part of Gone in 60 seconds where Nicholas Cage goes into the Ferrari dealer. Looking for a very specific vintage Ferrari.

He tells the salesman "yes, this one, I saw 3 of these at the Starbucks this morning" referring to a modern Ferrari being driven by pretentious "weenies".

"But if I pull up in a 1963 GTB 4 cam, I will not look like a weenie". To which the salesman responds, "no sir, you are a connoisseur".

This is the vintage Ferrari to the modern Ferrari, to me. No disrespect to the deep sea (I owned one) or a sub but this is just unique and cool.

So what you're saying is my "modern" Sub makes me look like a weenie?

Terrific watch for all the reasons mentioned, and a really cool vintage look.
