Hi all!!!
Finally arrived with UPS.
Opened and amazed the quality for the price. The weight is the only thing is not convincing me but all the rest is great.
The case back is just WOW. The deepness of the engraving is fantastic. Very well finished like the case in general. The following days I'll check the accuracy but don't will have any problem.
Great addition to the collection.

Now with the mesh bracelet! Looks great IMO.
Btw, after using it a pair of hours seems the bezel crown is very easy to move with the movement of the hand. Not very safe when diving.

Hi all!!
Well, now I know why is the bezel moving!! Is not the crown, the bezel is not well fixed and jumps inside the case. If I move the crown with the watch totally horizontal (dial up) then the bezel goes to the place and can move with the crown but if I move the watch I see the bezel moving inside the case so the crown is not engaged to the bezel and cannot turn it.
Now I'm sad. Sending a message to DHW right now.

Been talking with Dan and need to say was a pleasure.
Told him the problem and offered him to repair it myself. He gave me his permission to open it and send a feedback. If anything happens will send a brand new one. Once I open it will send some pics to see the interior. I'm very curious to know what happened to my diver.

Hi all,
Finally got time to work in the 40mm diver.
Luckily found the problem and solved.
Don't want to be boring or writing a long post.
Resuming:
The rotating bezel was not well fixed, why? The crystal was not well fitted so I had to use the proper tool and after hearing "click" the rotating bezel was in the right place.
Still ticking a bit but it doesn't matter.
My opinion:
The case is extremely well done, all the edges are very well finished and the dial is fantastic!
Worth every $.
Next day will fit all again in the case and will wear it with proud!!
Enjoy your watches and have a nice weekend!

My 1968 just arrived, and I'm even more impressed with the quality of this than the 1939, especially the case, which is has incredible shape and finish. The 41mm size looks and feels just right. The leather strap suits it, and is good quality, but I mentioned a few pages back that I though this would look good on mesh, and I have one on the way.

I'll write up some more later, but here are some quick iphone pics.

Thanks amigo. It'll be great for you. Especially the white one, with all that Med sunshine. It's only 41mm and the lugs are short and very downward curving. I'm picking up a strong late 60s, early 70s southern European vibe with this one. The floating hands are mesmerising, too

I really tried more than 40mm but always felt them BIG (probably mental disorders).
But now I'm closing circles and instantly you will know why....
