There are no Rolex rules to wearing it or not while sleeping . Just like some like to sleep in the nude, some don't. I only wear a watch when I am out and away from the house.

I think I personally hate you now...
I used to sleep with my watches (and a couple of jewels from times to times) because I would never take them off but I kind of got tired of it. I don't like waking up in the morning and see those marks on my wrists and fingers or feel uncomfortable with those pieces on. I prefer to get up, put it on and have a great day with it until I take it off to sleep!

I live in all my watches. I sleep in whatever I've got on. Yes, I almost always sleep with a watch and I do not shed it for bed.
I may shed a big hunky watch during love-making, for strategic reasons, as the case may be... but not just for bed. [and with that comment the thread was closed, leaving only crickets to chirp about it] Where the heck is that "ban me" smiley? |

I only wear it sleeping if I am camping, or sleeping somewhere less secure than usual.

I almost always wear a watch to sleep. I've never found it uncomfortable and like glancing at the watch to know what time it is if I wake up in the middle of the night.

I don't wear it to bed when I'm at home but when I travel I do. I have this fear of forgetting it in a hotel room. I think they call it CSS or Charlie Sheen Syndrome.

When I first got my TT Sub-C it didn't come off my wrist once in over two months.
Now I wear a SleepTracker to bed. I'd use both if I didn't find it so uncomfortable to have a watch on my right wrist. |

I usually take whatever watch I am wearing off when I go to bed. I sometime fall asleep with a watch on.
When ever this happened, after a brief check, the watch was ok, I was ok and the world seemed to be ok (well, at least the way it was). |

I charge up the lume before going to bed with the bathroom light and wear them at night.

When I was in the Navy, a watch that was off my wrist was susceptible to being stolen. So I slept with it on. I got so used to that I can't see myself ever doing it any other way.
