Rolex DJ2 suggestion (40 years old present)

Hello everyone,

I need your help to comment on which DateJust2 116333 model you will buy for 40years old milestone. Recently I am looking for DJ2 SS+Diamond or TT classic one for my 40 years old birthday. 40...Wow can't believe I will be 40 soon (I am 39 this year). I own 116610LN, 3x1601, 1803, PAM270 during the past 3 years, I am a salesman working for US semiconductor company locate at Taiwan.

Can you comment or suggest which Rolex model you will pick for your 40 years old present and the reason by choosing this model. (other than 116333 suggestion is also welcome)

Your comment and suggestion will be highly appreciate!

green is nice but the gold numbers on the black dial really pop!

so my choice is the black dial but I would gladly wear either

tough choice for you

I like the green romans but I don't know if the gold romans make the watch look more "expensive". Anyway, I've seen a lot of Rolex publicity with the green romans in it so I think they also like it. Green is their color.

The slate and green roman dial is the best dial combination for the TT DJ II. I have the same one, so I am biased in my decision. All kidding aside, the slate and green make an excellent combination.

Bought it! thanks everyone

Hello Everyone,

Finally I select slate dial with green roman. Thanks everyone for the suggestion.
In Chinese, age 30 call "the age of stood firm", age 40 call "the age of no doubts"

Looking back for my age 30 to 40, learned a lot from life and compromise a lot because of life. I hope this watch can remind me the importance of the time and keep time for those ambitions that hasn't been done. Wish my family and work goes well.

Share with you of my new watch. thanks

bigger fluted bezel and slate dial

slate dial and green roman appears different style

with business shirt

TT box bigger than SS

New style of guarantee card

cannot figure what that means by which month purchase...

dress casual with green roman

Oyster case calling ocean

Happy vacation this week

Congrats.
Life begins at 40. God willing, you have lots of learning and new things ahead. You're still a kid.
